Terms of payment::

- a 25% deposit is required within 7 days after you receive a confirmation of your reservation;

- the rest of the sum is required by 31 January 2024.

The lack of any of the instalments mentioned above results in the cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation policy:

• the deposit is fully refundable until January 31, 2024;

• after January 31 there will be a 25% cancellation penalty until February 17, 2024

• after February 17 there will be no refunds.

The cancellation is valid only if you receive an automatic response from the address: meeting@emaci2024.com otherwise, there's most likely a typo in the email address and we have no information from you.
