Terms of payment: a full amount is required within 7 days after you receive a confirmation of your reservation.

The lack of any of the above-mentioned instalments results in the cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation policy:

• the deposit is fully refundable until January 31, 2023;

• after January 31 there will be a 25% cancellation penalty until February 20, 2023;

• after February 20 there will be no refunds.

The cancellation is valid only if you receive an automatic response from the address: meeting@wmaci2023.com otherwise, there's most likely a typo in the email address and we have no information from you.
